Please be advised that leaving your laundry unattended in our stores is at your own risk and management will not take any responsibility for anything gone missing.

All items of clothing left behind will be held for 30 days. After 30 days unclaimed items will be donated to charity.

No, Unfortunately we do not have any washer and dryers allocated for pets bed and blankets.

Our doors automatically close at 1am. You may remain in the store until you complete your laundry and once you are ready to exit, please press the green button located near the door.

All payment information on our website is managed and secured by a third party payment processing provider. All sensitive information is encrypted using SSL before being transmitted. We do not store the card details on our server.

DexterPay is an app, available in the App Store and on Google Play, that allows laundry customers to pay for their laundry and track cycle progress via their smartphone or mobile device.

After you’ve created an account, using DexterPay is easy.

Step 1: Launch the DexterPay app and enter your location number. The location number can be found on posters and signs inside the laundromat.

Step 2: Select the machine you would like to start. This is done by entering the machine number which can be found on the DexterPay sticker on the front of the machine.

Step 3: Select the cycle and options you would like.

Step 4: After the location, machine, and cycle are selected, you will be shown a summary of your transaction and prompted to “Pay Now”. On this screen you can select a previously stored payment method or enter a new payment method. Select “Pay Now”.

Step 5: At this point, DexterPay will process your payment and the machine will display “Press Start”.

Step 6: Press the green start on the machine. </p

DexterPay is compatible with Apple devices running iOS 10 or later and Android devices running 4.4 or later.

No, look for the DexterPay logo inside of the laundry. DexterPay will only function in laundries that support the system. It is designed to work exclusively with Dexter Laundry equipment. If your local laundromat is equipped with Dexter Laundry washers or dryers, ask if they have DexterPay installed.

After you’ve created an account, using DexterPay is easy.

No, DexterPay is a Pay-As-You-Go model. Unlike other laundry payment methods, you do not need to pre-load funds on an account.

To create a DexterPay account, you will first need to download the DexterPay app from the App Store or Google Play. Once you’ve downloaded the app, you will be asked to register for an account. DexterPay will send a confirmation to the email address provided, simply follow the instructions on that email to complete your account set-up.

DexterPay supports all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

All payment information is managed and secured by a third-party payment processing company. The information is not stored directly within the app and is not accessible by the location owner.

Transactions can be cancelled anytime before pressing start on the machine. If you do not press start within 15 minutes of selecting Pay Now, the payment will automatically be canceled.

Yes, you can view transactions from the past 30 days by selecting the Account tab (the person icon at the bottom of the app) and then selecting View Transaction History option. This will bundle all transactions from a 24-hour period.

Physically pressing start allows you to check the load and ensure the machine is started safely.

Please review the terms of service for the use of this app. This will include a description of how DexterPay bundles transactions, handles preauthorization amounts, overdraft charges, and minimum fees.
